BARREL FERMENTED. Notes of vanilla, cinnamon, apple and rock melon with faint notes of stone fruit. Cool climate in nature delivering preserved lemon, lemon peel, white peach and oolong tea on the palate. The palate will soften over time delivering that beautiful creamy textural feel. Not fined and minimal filtering.
